Cloudy McCloudface

During a heatwave Cloudy McCloudface takes pity on the stricken plants and sets about to water them  all.

Move using cursor keys, space to rain. Make sure the browser window has focus (click on Cloudy!).

Sadly, that's all the functionality I had time to implement. I  may try to do more, if I ever find time.
